ENDURA WORKS
ENDURA WORKS · EST. 2026 → 2036

Simple tools for the next 10 years, whatever the world becomes.

I’ve built software for companies across the US and Europe, and watched great products rise and fall. A tool built around a trend dies with the trend: teams switch, people move on, something shinier ships.

The AI era is speeding this up. Anyone can launch a product a week, most too niche or too fancy to survive more than a couple of months. But a few things that sit at the core of how humans work never change: we read, we write, and we break hard things into pieces small enough to finish.

That’s why I started Endura Works: to build endurance software. Nothing fancy. Just simple, durable, efficient tools built to still be useful in the next 10 years.

Just two tools at this moment.

TRAIL trail.endura.works

We read a lot and remember a little. We think a lot and write down less.

Trail is one place for the words worth keeping: a line from someone else (a clip) or a line of your own (a thought). Each one is stamped with its day, so years later you can still find what you took away, and where it came from.

  • Clips and thoughts, side by side
  • One filter box for notes, sources and dates
  • Back up to a plain file, any time
  • On the web, or as a Chrome / Firefox extension
MICROTASKS microtasks.endura.works

Most task tools are built for managers. This one is for the person doing the work.

When a task is hard, it’s a mess in your head, and you reach for a pen and a pad of sticky notes. Microtasks is that pad, on a canvas: split the big thing into tasks, micro-tasks and nano-tasks until the next step is obvious. Then get it done.

  • Task → micro → nano, linked on one canvas
  • Todo, ready, done, postponed. Nothing else.
  • A project per tab, a sorted list on the side
  • Daily or weekly backup to a plain file
BUILT TO LAST A DECADE

Open these tools in 2036.

They’ll be right where you left them.

Durable doesn’t mean frozen. It means the things you rely on keep working: your data keeps its shape, the buttons stay where your hands expect them, and an update never takes something away.

And if Endura Works ever stops, you still have every note and every task in a file you can open without us.
